A quick and easy routing jig to cut hole for Euro Cylinder Lock barrels.

  • Routs out recess to suit Euro lock cylinder barrel size 33mm x 17mm/10mm.
  • Sliding plate allows handle pitch to lock body adjustment from 45mm to 115mm.
  • 44mm and 57mm backset.
  • Jig is designed to give a 1mm clearance around the barrel.
  • Allows 16mm diameter hole for handle spindle to be routed.
  • Holes for use with 2.75mm diameter Trend Snappy drill bit guide for marking handle lock plate at 40mm centres.
  • Made from 12mm thick High Pressure Laminate for longer life.
  • Long rotating edge stops for use with 44mm doors with leading edge.
  • Reversible design.
  • Includes spacer pack to allow for slightly deeper backset
  • Accessory sliding plates available for small oval and large oval cylinder locks.
  • Requires plunge router, 12mm diameter cutter and 20mm diameter guide bush.
  • Cylinder not included.
